History of Stock Splits Since Going Public in 1950
Fluor generally holds its annual meeting of stockholders each spring. The date, time and location will be set forth in the proxy statement for the annual meeting sent to all stockholders.
Fluor suspended dividends in 2020. The transfer agent would have notified shareholders of the suspension. At this time, there is not a specific date when the dividend will be reinstated.

Fluor has a calendar year ending December 31.

Fluor Corporation began selling stock on the over-the-counter market in 1950. Fluor was then listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:FLR) on October 28, 1957. As a result of the reverse spin-off from Massey Energy, the “new” Fluor Corporation was relisted on the NYSE and began regular way trading on December 22, 2000.

Fluor was originally incorporated in California in 1924 as Fluor Construction Company, then was reincorporated in California in 1929 as Fluor Corporation, Ltd. In 1978, Fluor Corporation was again reincorporated in Delaware. As a result of the reverse spin-off from Massey Energy, the “new” Fluor Corporation was incorporated in Delaware on September 11, 2000.
