3.When and where is Fluor's Annual Meeting of Stockholders held?
 The 2017 annual shareholder meeting will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2017, at 8:30 a.m. Central Daylight Time, at Fluor Corporation Headquarters in Irving, Texas.

4.How much is Fluor's dividend and what's the expectation for future dividends?
 Please go to our Corporate News page for recent dividend announcements. It is expected that each calendar year's dividends will be paid on a quarterly basis in April, July, October and January.

5.When does Fluor release its earnings?
 Fluor expects to release its quarterly earnings news in May, August, November and February. Please check our Corporate News page for the latest announcements.

 Fluor has a calendar year ending December 31.

 All account information, as well as assistance with transactions such as stock sales or transfers, is available through our transfer agent, Computershare. Most common stock transfers and address changes can be made online at the transfer agent's website - www.computershare.com. Or you may contact Computershare toll-free at 1-877-870-2366. 13.How can I obtain a history of Fluor's closing stock price?

14.When was Fluor stock first issued?
 Fluor Corporation began selling stock on the over-the-counter market in 1950. Fluor was then listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:FLR) on October 28, 1957. As a result of the reverse spin-off from Massey Energy, the “new” Fluor Corporation was relisted on the NYSE and began regular way trading on December 22, 2000.

16.What year and where was Fluor incorporated?
 Fluor was originally incorporated in California in 1924 as Fluor Construction Company, then was reincorporated in California in 1929 as Fluor Corporation, Ltd. In 1978, Fluor Corporation was again reincorporated in Delaware. As a result of the reverse spin-off from Massey Energy, the “new” Fluor Corporation was incorporated in Delaware on September 11, 2000.
